The new Nexus 2016 family(Huawei Nexus 6P, LG Nexus 5X) was unveiled by Google in September 2015 and was out in the market by October. Plenty of Android Fanboys turned out to buy the latest stock android devices which ran Android Marshmallow out of the box. Specs wise both are a powerful devices with Nexus 5X 16GB/32GB priced $379/$429 and Nexus 6P 32GB/64GB priced $499/$549. All the forums like reddit, Google Product Forums and Xdadevolopers are buzzing with complaints about Google's newest Nexus smartphones, LG Nexus 5X and Huawei Nexus 6P. here are the issues that have been reported by many of the users:

Many user have reported that the screen's touch becomes annoyingly unresponsive while charging making it impossible to use the mobile during charging. In addition to that the scroll/swipe speed appears to be much slower on the Nexus 5X and there’s a visible lag on the device reported by a user.

Some of the users complained that they have got a yellowish tint on the device. Since this is not a software issue Those with affected units have been in contact with Google and the company is evidently sending out replacement units. But, one of the user who replaced the mobile 3 times and ended up getting 3 defective units.

Some other issues raised by Nexus 5 buyers include issues with Google Play Music, device's setup process and charging problems. Some users have reportedly also complained of Nexus 5X freezing, random reboots and crashes. These would be fixed with software updates in coming days.

"While talking to my wife today she could barely hear me and said it sounded like I was very far away or muffled. This was while I had the headset to my ear like normal. If I put it on speaker, she said it would sound okay. I tried to find others with this phone and a similar issue, but couldn't. Please help!" - a user reported on Google Product Forums on the poor call quality of the Nexus 6P. A user named Nicholas Fitchett stated that he disabled noise cancellation from the hardware by modifying build.prop and the smartphone worked better since then.

On the Google Product Forum, Google experts advised to Try starting the device in safe mode and if still the issue persists suggested a factory reset.
