LG now has announced that it will be releasing a White Gold edition of its G4.The sides are guided, while the front and back are white.New looks aside, the G4 White Gold Edition is not different from the previous versions of the device. It's got the same 5.5-inch Quad HD screen, the same hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor, 16 MP rear camera, 32 GB of expandable internal memory, and so on. The handset runs Android Lollipop, but it will be updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

In addition to the color combination, one other thing that the LG G4 White Gold Edition offers is that the smartphone's back cover is a simple matte one, compared with the textured covers and leather covers found in other variants of the smartphone.The unlocked version of the LG G4 White Gold Edition costs about $600 in South Korea. LG, however, did not reveal if the G4 variant will also be released to other markets.
