In this fast growing competition of smartphones brands ,another epic also following this race & this time its ALCATEL,which has announced its new featured rich smartphone,the FLASH 2 .After the announcement of launching, this device heated up the smartphone market a bit today. It has velvet touch finishing and comes in volcanic grey colour.
The smartphone comes with a 5-inch IPS LCD HD display (720x1280 screen resolution) with 5-point multi-touch capacitive touchscreen. The Alcatel Flash 2 is powered by a a 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 octa-core SoC clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with Mali-T720MP4 GPU. It comes paired with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB internal storage that can be expanded by via microSD card up to 128GB.
The new Alcatel Flash 2 comes with the Android 5.1(Lollipop) operating system. This dual SIM (dual standby) smartphone offers 4G connectivity (compatible with both TDD and FDD technologies), WiFi (b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, and Micro-USB. 
While announcing the launch, Alcatel claimed that the phone's 13 megapixel f/2.0 rear with face detection autofocus camera provides sharper and clearer pictures. The accompanying Real Tone dual flash gives an extra advantage in low light conditions while maintaining the colours as true as possible to real life.It supports autofocus and upto 4 times digital zoom can record videos in full-HD resolution.On the front side, there is a 5-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture and support for autofocus and the front-camera also features an LED flash module.
The Alcatel Flash 2 measures 145.8*70.4*8.99 mm. There is a dedicated camera key in the Flash 2 too.It weighs 143 grams with a 3000 mAh battery that claims to offer 10 hours of 3G talktime & can last for 25 hours on a single charge on 2G network.
