HTC’s Double Exposure press event took place today. The company unveiled not only a new smartphone, the HTC Desire EYE but also the new RE camera, billed as “a remarkable little camera” and the HTC EYE Experience enhanced imaging software. 
It features a 5.2" Full HD (1080×1920) display with 424ppi. The handset measures about 151.7 x 73.8 x 8.5 mm and weighs 154gm.
It is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and 2 GB RAM. It has an inbuilt memory of 16 GB and can be expadable through microSD up to 128 GB.
The most unique and interesting part of mobile is the camera. Both the front and back camera are 13MP with flash. there's even flash available on front of the device. It also comes with HTC’s new imaging software, HTC EYE Experience, which adds a variety of new features such as Split Capture which lets you simultaneously capture photos and videos taken on the two cameras, Crop-Me-In which crops your selfie into a picture taken with the back camera and Voice Selfie which lets you trigger the shutter release with a voice command like “say cheese” or “action.”
