Street Cause proudly presents to you yet another huge event 'Go-al-addict'.Before we could know more about the event let us first dig into Street cause and it's work so far.
What is Street Cause
Street Cause is an NGO comprising of enthusiastic and passionate students students who intend to give back to the society and bring about the much required change.The main objective of Street Cause is to help the underprivileged, such as orphans, the elderly, the unemployed and the specially able to live their lives in the best way possible. Street Cause also aims to educate and empower the youth into taking proper and timely action, so as to encompass a brighter tomorrow.Since its inception in 2009, it has radically grown to become the largest and most active student run NGO in Hyderabad.
Street Cause Accomplishments
Another milestone that we recently crossed is that the \biggest fund raiser ever in the history of street cause - "Parinama" was organised and executed. We raised a whopping amount of rs 12, 17, 550 all of which will be used to execute various permanent impact projects to benefit the society.

Street cause has conducted more than 2000 tasks, a few of which have been organized in collaboration with prestigious organisations like Deloitte, Gold Drop industries, Indian Red Cross Society and others. Street Cause has received “Best Youth Organization Award” in 2010 from Ex Chief minister of Andhra Pradesh,Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy.
Now Back to the Go-al Addict as the name suggests, all those football addicts..for whom goal is their 'goal' and football is their addiction come together!Go-al-addict, being one of its kind,will be seeing about 150 Football teams playing box-football tournament.All the youngsters, football lovers and upcoming football champs come together,form teams and register with us!Let the city see there is a dynamic football player in you! The amount each team pays(Rs.1400/-),to register for the event shall be used for betterment of conditions of selected orphanages and old age homes as such.What else can one ask for...where passion and responsibility meet? Passion,yes it is football! And responsibility, yes we care for our fellow citizens!Come! Takepart in the tournament! Showcase your talent!Win prizes worth 25k and yes above all this be the reason behind smiles of many of those,who are not as fortunate as we are, to afford thousands a week for recreations! Register! Venue: Government college for physical education(gagan mahal),domalguda.
Rules and Regulation:
- 7 players on each side. 1 substitute allowed.
- 30 minutes game with a 2 minute break between each half.
- No off sides
- In case a tie, the winner will be decided through a penalty shootout.
- Goalkeepers are also free to play anywhere on the pitch and throw the ball beyond the halfway line.
- No extra time.
- Referee's decision will be final and no arguments will be entertained.
- No profanity on field.
- Organizers in any of the above situations may call off the game
Date: 25th July (knock-out) and 1st August( winners of knock-out)
Time: 8am on wards. (Every team will be allotted slots)
Eligibility: Age group of 16 and above.
