Alcatel enters into the Smart Watch competition with there new smartwatch Alcatel OneTouch Watch launched at CES 2015. which the company says will be the first in its Watch series of smartwatches.
Designed with a number of choices and styles, the new Watch will feature sensors and apps that will enable the wearer to easily monitor his daily activities. When connected to an Android device, the wearer can begin to manipulate music, take snapshots, receive notifications and perform many other tasks. As a whole, the Watch will have the features that one can usually find in the current smart watches.
Alcatel is positioning its wearable as "the affordable smartwatch" that will be available at "a fraction of the cost of competitors," but hasn't yet divulged any information about the price or specifications. "A smartwatch that puts a premium on elegant design at a very accessible price," Alcatel says in a press release.
