CES 2015 : The Android-powered kitchens of Dacor accept commands from the mobile

Who imagined a few years ago that we could handle kitchens and bakeries using voice commands or control functions using our mobile phone?

The company Dacor, which counts 50 years of expertise in the area of household appliances, announced the exhibition CES 2015, that adds voice activation feature in the application for phones and tablets that is available in Google Play store for Android-powered devices range Discovery iQ Company .

The application is on Google Play, offers possibilities of control of the temperature and cooking mode selection, but the voice commands will save from the comings and goings in the kitchen and close-lit eyes, provided of course that your kitchen is on the same network WiFi to your Android phone or tablet.

This feature is not as powerful as Google Now or Siri in iOS products of Apple, as just looking for keywords on how to cook for the temperature and cooking time. Suffice to say for example "Begin the top of the oven at 200 degrees Celsius."

Voice activation for the kitchens of Dacor will be available for older customers this spring, while the price of Discovery iQ starts at $ 8,999.
