Mi Note and Mi Note Pro, 2 new phones from Xiaomi

Xiaomi has unwrapped 2 of its new latest smartphones, Mi Note and Mi Note Pro. There was speculation that MI 5 would have bee released, But the Note series from Xiaomi will be there flagship devices. Xiaomi's Mi event took place on wednesday in Beijing by Lei Jun, Founder and CEO at Xiaomi Tech.

Display

The Note features a 5.7" Sharp/JDI FullHD(1080p) display with Corning Glass 3 over it with a pixel density of  386. While the Note Pro has the same screen size with a 2K resolution bumping the pixel density to 515. The front and back glasses are curved and Xiaomi has referred  front glass as "2.5D" and the rear glass as "3D." The both phones have the same dimenions 155.1 x 77.6 x 7 mm and weigh  161g.

Processor

The Note will be powered by 2.5Ghz Quad-core Snaprdragon 801 processor alongside 3GB of RAM and Adreno 330 GPU. While the latter has a 64Bit Snapdragon 810 processor with 4GB Ram and Adreno 430 GPU.

Camera

Both have the similar camera, come with a 13MP rear snapper with dual-LED flash and powered by Sony Exmor sensor. On the front, you get a 4MP shooter for selfies and wide-angle groupfies.

Memory and Battery

The Note will come in 16GB and 64GB variants while the Pro will come in 64GB variant and no SD card slot for expandable memory. The both mobiles are backed up by a 3,000 mAh battery. They will be running on the latest MiUi 6 flavour alongside Android Lollipop.(maybe)
