World's 1st smartphone with integrated Thermal camera.
These days, we see smartphones getting slimmer and lighter and some beautiful designs, on the other hand sometimes companies build some rugged, tough mobiles, like the S6 Active from Samsung this is where CAT Mobiles wants to make there presence known with the unveiling of its latest smartphone the Cat S60. Which is dubbed as the World's 1st smartphone with integrated Thermal camera.

Specifications
The Cat S60 features a 4.7 inch 720p(720 x 1280 px)capacitive touchscreen display with a pixel resolution of 326PPI. It is powered by Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz with the Adreno 405 GPU. Coming to the memory, it is equipped with a 3GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage and microSD card slot which can be extended upto 128GB. The S60 sports a 13MP rear camera capable of underwater shooting with dual flash and 5MP front camera and is backed up by a Non-removable Li-Ion 3800 mAh battery and runs latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It is priced at €649 / $599 and will be unveiled at MWC 2016.

Ruggedness of the S60
The screen can be viewed in bright sunlight, operated with wet hands and even while wearing gloves and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The Cat S60 is waterproof can withstand water depths upto a 5 meters for 1hr. The Die Cast Frame on the S60 can tolerate upto 1.8 meters fall even on concrete floors.

Thermal Camera of the S60
The FLIR thermal camera on the S60 is loaded with a lot of tweaks. The camera can spot moisture, detect heat loss around any windows and doors, missing insulation, identify over-heating electrical appliances and can be seen in complete darkness. The camera sensor can also measure temperatures upto a distances of 50-100 feet and enables see through obscurants such as smoke.
