First Method: Installing with an official Apple Developer Account
  1. First, do a full backup of your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, using the latest version of iTunes
  2. Go to the iOS developer site, and sign up for an account. For that, you have to pay $99 for an annual membership.
  3. Tap on the iOS 9 beta link below the main menu, and choose your device from the list from the ones you see in the list mentioned above.
  4. Once the file downloads, unarchive it on the desktop, choose your device in iTunes, and hold the option 'alt' key on a Mac or the 'shift' key on a Windows, while you click on “Check for update.”
  5. Pick the iOS 9 beta file from your desktop, and then restore your data from the backup.
But , some people wont be willing to pay for it. So, there's an alternate process. But, it is a bit risky.
Second Method: Installing without an Apple developer account
  1. Firstly, do a full backup of your phone on the iCloud.
   2. Download the software of the particular device onto your desktop.

        iPhone 5 (A1428)

        iPhone 5 (A1429)

        iPhone 4s

3.Now, simply repeat the step 4 of the first method.

A point to be noted is that if u follow the second method, then none of the stuff you have on the phone can be restored once you downgrade back to previous versions of iOS.For that, you have to backup the stuff in iCloud and restore it back after downgrading.
