Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Release Date
The Note 5 will be revealed later this summer, The Korean firm has traditionally opted for IFA to unveil its Note series handsets. The 1st Note device was revealed at IFA Berlin in September, after that Samsung continued to release a Note device every year at IFA Berlin. But this year that might not be possible since Samsung is planning to reveal the mobile early as in mid-August suggested by some sources informed to WallStreetJournal. The one of the reasons for early launch is to ensure that Note 5 is out before Apples's iPhone 6s Plus. Samsung is preparing to launch in one of the major US city.
The other reason that adds to it is the poor sales of Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge forcing for launching Note 5 early. Last year Apple iPhone 6 Plus was revealed just after 6 days Note 4 was released and 6 Plus went on to sale earlier than its counterpart. To avoid such situation again the Note 5 will be revealed much earlier than the expected dates.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Design
A leaked image of the Note 5 was released by Nowhereelse.fr stated that leaks from Accessories manufacturers are generally trustworthy. By looking at the image you may be mistaken it to be Galaxy S6, but you can notice an outlet for S-pen at the bottom left of the rear of the device.
In addition to this a Video was published on Youtube which shows off the complete 3D model of the Galaxy Note 5 by the famous @onleaks who claims that the design is 80% reliable. So, if it's real, what does this say about the Galaxy Note 5?
The Design of Note 5 appears similar to the design of S6 continuing the Aluminium unibody giving that same premium feel when you hold the device. more or less it looks like a Super sized Galaxy S6 with larger dimensions due to its bigger display making it a phablet. This design means that the note series will also no longer have a removable back, the feature which left the fans of Samsung galaxy series disappointed.

The Note 5 is reported to come with a automatic ejection of stylus from the phone. this feature allows you to eject the stylus or s-[en automatically without the user pulling it. previously the user has to pull out the s-pen out of the device. now that can be triggered by any gesture or any option on the handset. the complete concept and images were uploaded to the internet by Patently Mobile.

The Note 5 was speculated that it may be equipped with 4k Display but, gforgames.com have suggested that rather the Galaxy Note 5 will come with QHD(2K) display and will come with a USB Type-C Connector but looking at the renders USB Type-C may not be part of the Note 5. The Display Size is reportedly said to be 5.7 inches with a 2K resolution.

Though Samsung has always been in front in terms of equipping bigger resolutions, but the possibility of 4K resolution on Note is unlikely for now. the main reason may be the battery drain due to 4K resolution running in 5.7" screen. The Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge had a great display with the 2K, so Note 5 will continue to provide that crisp images on the 2K Super AMOLED panel of the Note 5.

According to Sammobile, The Note 5 is expected to compete against its rival Apple's iPhone 6s Plus. It could feature a 5.7 inch 2K resolution Super AMOLED display. powered with octa-core Exynos 7420 processor and expected the RAM to be 4GB and battery might be 3500mAh+. We can expect it to be running Android 5.1.1 alongside latest TouchWiz UI and will be upgradable to Android M as soon as it is out.
The note series has always been known for a more than day battery backup. but with this new powerful specs it Expecting anything more than a day on a single charge will be asking a lot. Although Samsung has more concentrated on fast charging rather than on longer battery backups. The Note 5 is expected to be paired with USB Power Deliver V2.0 to achieve faster charging results than ever before.

In addition these features the handset is tipped to have the "Write on PDF" feature. The patent says that this new function is “computer application software for mobile phones, smart phones, tablet computers, portable media players and handheld computers enabling users to annotate and save PDF documents, images and files.” from Sammobile.

Though there have been no rumors about camera but like Galaxy S6 which has one of the best Smartphone Cameras right now, The Note 5 will also continue to impress with its new Camera which we can expect rear camera in excess of 16MP and front camera with atleast 8MP for taking those wide selfies may be termed as "welfies" and from Samsung you are always guaranteed with many tweaks and gimmicks in the camera app providing various shooting modes.
The price of the device will be expected to hit the $1000 mark off-contract and maybe 300$ with contract. The specifications with which it is packed there is no surprise the device may be priced higher.
