A Developer from XDA was able to export the Android M Launcher from the Android M Developer preview so that the users can have a feel of what the next generation of Android launcher would like.
Though Android M has very fewest of new changes, Android M has a redesigned app drawer. Apps are now listed in a vertically scrollable single page and in alphabetical order. In addition, there are four app icons at the top of the app drawer, which will change, based on your recently used apps, so you can access your favorite apps quickly. The search button at the top makes it easier to find the application you want.
