LG V10 with dual display announced with Snapdragon 808, fingerprint senor, 16MP camera

LG has released the new V10, company's new Phablet that will be competing against the iPhone 6s+, Galaxy Note 5, Nexus 6P. This phone has got a new design tweak that stands out from the other competitors. A secondary screen is added to the top of the screen that does something like edge screen on S6 Edge + like accessing apps, additional controls in camera app and many.

The LG V10 has a stainless steel along the side and throughout the body and silicon cover at the back which makes easy to hold. As usual the volume rocker and the Power button are mounted on the back of the device. the power button also consists of Fingerprint sensor which has now become kind of mandatory. On the front beside the second screen you find two 5MP cameras one for closer selfies and other for wider selfies.

The LG V10 features a 5.7 inch IPS LCD 2K(1440 x 2560 pixels) display with a pixel density of 515PPI. The secondary screen is 2.1 inches wide and has got a resolution of 160 x 1040 pixels. The device has got the Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. The device is powered by quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 with 2 cores running 1.82Ghz and other 2 cores running 1.4GHz. The device has got a whooping 4GB of RAM and Adreno 418 for producing 2k visual graphics.

The V10 sports a 16M laser autofocus camera with optical image stabilization, PRO mode that lets you manually control ISO, shutter speed, etc. The camera can record 2k video at 30fps and 1080p video at 60fps. The device comes only in 64GB variant which is mostly more than enough fot most of the users. The device is backedup by a Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery same as the Note5, LG has not said anything about quick charging. The device comes with Android Lollipop 5.1.1 out of the box. This is one of the most exciting smartphones of 2015 with the new design. Time will only say about the success of this new strategy from LG.
